The methodology of the language courses of the Skills4Life language training center fully meets the requirements of Ararat Bank employees. During the training, the knowledge of the English language of the employees, their ability to construct sentences grammatically and syntactically correctly, and their understanding of 80% of the texts’ content as a result of learning new words has improved significantly. Everyone knows that it is extremely difficult to attend a course at the end of a stressful working day, but the friendly, warm, and at the same time conducive to learning environment provided by the trainers of Skills4Life language center makes them forget the stressful everyday life and involves the employees in the learning process.
