Skills4Life is seeking enthusiastic, responsible and organized Russian instructors to deliver General and Business Russian courses at our center or online.

Job responsibilities

Personalize instruction based on student need. Create a positive learning environment and establishes good rapport with students and staff Collaborate with other teachers to exchange ideas and utilize best practices for online learning. Through the use of the telephone, Internet and various curriculum tools consult regularly with learning coaches and students to ensure that each student successfully completes his/her instructional program. Communicate with parents, students and other teachers on a regular basis to develop and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules, score assessments, provide feedback on student work, suggest instructional approaches and strategies, monitor completion of assignments and coach special projects; Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use technology to facilitate learning Submit personalized written feedback to each student within 24 hours of class completion. Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending webinars, training etc. provided by the company Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche.

Required Qualifications

University Degree,
Excellent command of Russian, both spoken and written
Flexibility and an adaptable teaching style
Creative skills and ideas for planning practical and interesting lessons
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent time management and organizational skills
