Personalize instruction based on student need. Create a positive learning environment and establishes good rapport with students and staff Collaborate with other teachers to exchange ideas and utilize best practices for online learning. Through the use of the telephone, Internet and various curriculum tools consult regularly with learning coaches and students to ensure that each student successfully completes his/her instructional program. Communicate with parents, students and other teachers on a regular basis to develop and update Personal Learning Plans and schedules, score assessments, provide feedback on student work, suggest instructional approaches and strategies, monitor completion of assignments and coach special projects; Provide individualized instruction to each student by promoting interactive learning Present lessons in a comprehensive manner and use technology to facilitate learning Submit personalized written feedback to each student within 24 hours of class completion. Develop and enrich professional skills and knowledge by attending webinars, training etc. provided by the company Observe and understand students’ behavior and psyche.

Job responsibilities

Make sure that the technical part of the training process is organized at a high level.
Build constructive communication with students and trainers and keep constant to take care of their concerns related to the study process.
Update students’ and trainers’ database on a regular basis.
Carry out passive sales to existing students on related courses.
Take care of all steps of student involvement in the course: before, during and after.
Assist applicants with online registration for qualifications.
Handle the process of computer based exams.
Carry out the scheduling of the training courses.
Disseminate applications for books and maintain a register of book orders.
Arrange printing of books and materials.
Assist planning of annual training courses.

Required Qualifications

University Degree
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent command of English, both spoken and written
Excellent organizational, multitasking, time management
Computer literacy.
Fluency in English, Armenian, and Russian.
